How We Work

An Integrative Approach to Change and Growth

Our approach draws on multiple schools of psychotherapy, combining theoretical depth with direct clinical experience — because real transformation happens through both understanding and lived practice.

Depth Psychology: The Foundation

Jungian, or analytical, psychology is the foundation of our therapeutic work. It engages the mind at a deeper, symbolic level, bringing together conscious and unconscious material in ways that open the door to real transformation and growth.

This lens allows us to look beyond the presenting issue — examining personal history, language, symbolism, and the broader cultural and societal forces that shape each person's process of change.

Working with Relationships and Systems

Where individual work often follows a linear path, relationships call for a different lens. Systemic therapy understands couples and families as living systems — every member's experience shapes, and is shaped by, the whole.

This approach is especially suited to couples and family work, where much of what needs attention lives not in any one person, but in the roles, hierarchies, and patterns that structure the relationship itself.

Structured, Research-Informed Approaches

We also draw on some of the most well-researched approaches in contemporary psychology — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, valued for its proven effectiveness across a wide range of conditions, alongside what are often called "third-generation" therapies: EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and mindfulness.

These structured, outcome-focused methods complement our deeper relational and symbolic work, giving each process concrete tools alongside space for reflection.

The Body as a Doorway

The body holds what the mind cannot always put into words. Corporal psychotherapy works from the understanding that mind and body are inseparable — using breathwork, movement, and verbal therapy together to release stress and tension that has settled into the body over time.

We also draw on Bioenergetic and Californian massage, two body-based modalities that help release stored emotional and traumatic tension. Both are profound, intensely relaxing, and restorative practices — a direct route to material that talk therapy alone doesn't always reach.

Sexual and Erotic Therapy

A significant part of our work is dedicated to sexual and erotic therapy, often supported by hypnotherapy — with the goal of improving sexual function and expanding the capacity for pleasure, both mentally and physically.

We support people navigating premature or delayed ejaculation, anorgasmia, painful penetrative sex, erectile dysfunction, questions of desire and sexual orientation, concerns about sexual confidence, and the impact of past sexual trauma — always toward a healthy, pleasurable sexuality, free of imposed shame.

A Personal Process, Not a Protocol

The work is always one-on-one. We move away from rigid protocols to meet you in your own subjectivity and pace — combining proven methods, ongoing clinical education, and a way of communicating that gives you autonomy from the very first session.
