Julia Lemeshova

Couples & Individual Therapist

I've been drawn to psychology and human relationships since I was 15, when my mother brought home my first psychology book. Something in this field immediately resonated with me. Over time, therapy became much more than an interest - it became the work that feels most natural and meaningful to me. It is where I feel both my calling and my talent.

Relationships, emotions, and human connection have always been central to my life. Understanding relational dynamics came naturally to me long before I became a therapist, and today I help others better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns shaping their relationships. I work with both individuals and couples, including heterosexual and LGBTQ+ clients. Many people come to me during times of crisis, emotional disconnection, repeated conflict, or major life transitions.

A central part of my work is helping people recognize the patterns they both contribute to - especially the ones that quietly create distance, misunderstanding, and pain. Once these patterns become visible, we can begin to soften them and create new ways of relating. I also bring a strong understanding of family systems, intergenerational dynamics, and emotional patterns shaped by family history.

Clients often describe me as calm, warm, emotionally attuned, and deeply accepting. I create a space where people can be honest, explore difficult emotions, and feel seen without judgment. I believe transformation begins when people feel safe enough to understand themselves more deeply - and connected enough to begin relating differently.
